I joined Inovo in Feb 2023. Before that, I spent the last 8 years building tech start-ups and scale-ups across the globe including 4 unicorns (Docplanner, Spendesk, Yext, Doctolib), which I took through several rounds of funding and scaling.
At Inovo, I focus on supporting Founders with Talent:
- hiring,
- building Teams for growth,
- People and Culture related projects,
- Talent Acquisition & Retention strategy,
