Daria Meysztowicz-Matusiak

I became a member of team Inovo in May 2023. Before that, I worked for five years as a lawyer in another venture capital fund in Poland. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to participate in numerous investment and exit processes all across Europe and in the US.

At Inovo, I participate in several legal processes, including:

• fund corporate governance,
• investment or exit structuring and negotiations,
• due diligence, and
• regulatory compliance.

I am the only Inovo team member based in Kraków.
