Who gets promoted and why if they buy your product?

Early-stage tech business is all about proving the most important hypotheses for your business. It’s an iterative process - you either validate it and move forward to next set of questions or fail and pivot. There is no other way.

What is your most critical hypothesis that you’re validating right now?

Not everyone is a born storyteller but being able to communicate clearly is imo one of the most undervalued characteristics. I enjoy working with people that can clearly express their logic and view of the world both at high-level concept and operational details. Who were your first design partners and why?

There are thousands of teams building new products at any given time. To succeed, you need to beat all the others in league tables at your stage. What are the proofpoints that you are on your way to Champions League? Which benchmarks are you looking to beat?

My Jack Russell Terrier is provider of much needed movement even if I don’t feel like it ;)

I got into Sci-fi relatively late in my life 🤷🏻‍♂️ Beyond the classics from Azimov, Dick, Cixin, recently favourite is Andy Weir with his “Project Hail Mary”.

I love food! Eating probably more than cooking ;) If time allows, I try to map all the top rated vegetarian restaurants in whichever place I travel to.
