In Inovo since 2022, previously tried various paths - got 4 diplomas in 3 countries, led CEE-wide NGO, worked in language schools in London/Malta, as a lawyer in Germany, consultant in CVC, CEO/COO in own startups. Lately, I try to use this varied experience to support most ambitious CEE founders in turning their dreams into reality 🙂.
@Inovo I'm mainly:
Ha! I’ve got this question a lot 😉 My standard answer is that the CoS job every month looks different. In my case, it usually resolves around 4 aspects:
I take care of special initiatives of Inovo that either have strategic importance to us or no clear owner. In any case, I pick them up and make sure they happen.
I make sure our operations run smoothly, each action item has an owner & a deadline, we prioritize our work in line with strategy & OKRs, and constantly learn as an organization.
I work with all members of the Inovo team, but naturally most closely with Tomek. As a CoS my task is to be his force multiplier, which basically means you are whatever the CEO needs in a given moment - advisor, truth-teller, proxy, etc.
At Inovo we are looking lately into this sector, as we want to invest in founders aiming to create unicorns and to help our planet at the same time. If you lead an ambitious green project with a path to becoming $1B+ business - probably we should talk 😉
I spend my free time on:
I love to experiment with optimizing my life (for unknown reasons half of my friends think I’m a productivity freak 🤷). So if you’d like to discuss protocols on how to get your 😴 sleep, 🧬 health, 📚 learning, 🏃♂️exercise, or 👨💼 workload right - ping me anytime 🙂.
I try to be active every day - mostly by 🏊🏻♂️ swimming or 🚴♂️ cycling (🤞 my goal for 2023 is to travel the Baltic coast with a bike).
👑 Queen’s Gambit led me to reunite with my childhood passion and I’m continuously getting better at it.
